Position Summary

Tandy Therapy LLC is seeking a full-time, in-person Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our clinics in Post Falls or Rathdrum, Idaho. This role is ideal for an OT who is passionate about pediatrics and wants to be part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team.

Immediate positions available. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Idaho.

What You’ll Do

• Provide pediatric screenings, evaluations, and treatment sessions
• Deliver services in-clinic, with telepractice as needed
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and team members

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
• No weekends
• Flexible, personalized scheduling options available

Compensation

• $35–$47 per hour, based on experience and expertise
• Bonus pay opportunities available

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Idaho Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility)
• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Preferred Skills:

• Strong time management and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable with electronic documentation systems
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Insurance credentialing experience a plus
• Motivated by incentives and professional growth

• Successful completion of pre-employment background screening
