Tandy Therapy LLC is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist or COTA to service Post Falls, ID, WA, and the Pacific Northwest. We are also accepting applications for SLPs, PTs, and school psychologists position.

You must be either already licensed or eligible to become licensed in Idaho. Some travel may be required.​Responsibilities include performing screenings, evaluations, and treatment, per Plan of Care and in-line with the ASHA or AOTA code of ethics. Additional duties may include consultation, case management, and attending and/or leading meetings.Experience:1 year telepractice experience (preferred)1 year school-based or outpatient clinical experience (preferred)1 year pediatric experienceLicensure/Certification:– State licensure required– Degree inoccupational therapy/COTA or speech-language pathology/SLPA or PT or PsychologySkills:– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision– Proven time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow-through with all tasks– Excellent verbal and written communication skills– Proficient computer skills– Relationship-building skills with the ability to work well with leadership and other team members at the school and within your company– A team-player with a collaborative nature– Proven ability to interact with members of the community representing diverse backgrounds and interests is required– All successful candidates will be required to meet our pre-employment background screening requirements*Additional requirements may be discussed directly with candidates and may vary based on placement.

Tandy Therapy LLC is hiring a full-time speech-language pathologist to service Post Falls, ID, and the Pacific Northwest. We are also accepting applications for an SLPA position. Immediate positions are open with the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic.

Experience:

  • 1 year telepractice experience (preferred)

  • 1 year school-based or outpatient clinical experience (preferred)

Licensure/Certification:

  • 1 year telepractice experience (preferred)

  • 1 year school-based or outpatient clinical experience (preferred)

  • Licenses required for both state of service (WA, ID, NY or OR, respectively) AND your state of residence, per state and professional laws (required)

  • Required degree in speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, or physical therapy from an accredited graduate program (required)

  • ASHA CCCs (required) or equivalent for OT/PT

  • If you reside and practice in Washington, ESA for school certification in speech pathology is also required 

  • If you reside and practice in Idaho, PPC for school certification in speech pathology is also required 

Skills:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
