Position Summary

Tandy Therapy LLC is urgently seeking a full-time, in-person Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Post Falls and/or Rathdrum, Idaho. This role is perfect for a COTA who loves working with kids, enjoys teamwork, and wants to grow professionally in a positive clinic environment.

Immediate positions available. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Idaho.

What You’ll Do

• Provide pediatric therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist with screenings and treatment sessions for pediatric clients and students
• Deliver services in-clinic, with telepractice as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
• No weekends

Compensation

• $24–$34 per hour, based on experience and expertise

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Idaho COTA License

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work independently with strong time management
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with electronic documentation
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Insurance credentialing experience a plus
• Motivated by incentives and career growth
