Occupational Therapy Supervisor

We are currently hiring for a part-time OT supervisor in Central Washington. Responsibilities include direct therapy, documentation, scheduling, leading and attending meetings, and supervision of a COTA. Telepractive Early Intervention and K-12 Contract Positions:

Tandy Therapy LLC is hiring for a contract telepractice SLPs, PTs, and OTs to service Educational Service Districts and school districts in the Pacific Northwest for the next school year! 

Positions are part- or full-time and services will primarily be delivered via telepractice. You must be licensed in both the state you reside in AND the state where services are being received. SLPs pursuing licensure and ESA  in their state of service may be considered. Some travel may be required. 

Responsibilities include performing screenings, evaluations, and treatment in speech-language pathology per IFSP and IEP mandates and in-line with the ASHA code of ethics. Additional duties may include consultation, case management, and attending and/or leading IFSP/IEP meetings.

Telepractive Early Intervention and K-12 Contract Positions:


  • 1 year telepractice experience (preferred)

  • 1 year school-based or outpatient clinical experience (preferred)


  • 1 year telepractice experience (preferred)

  • 1 year school-based or outpatient clinical experience (preferred)

  • Licenses required for both state of service (WA, ID, NY or OR, respectively) AND your state of residence, per state and professional laws (required)

  • Required degree in speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, or physical therapy from an accredited graduate program (required)

  • ASHA CCCs (required) or equivalent for OT/PT

  • If you reside and practice in Washington, ESA for school certification in speech pathology is also required 

  • If you reside and practice in Idaho, PPC for school certification in speech pathology is also required 


  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Proven time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow-through with all tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Relationship-building skills with the ability to work well with leadership and other team members at the school and within your company

  • A team-player with a collaborative nature

  • Proven ability to interact with members of the community representing diverse backgrounds and interests is required 

  • All successful candidates will be required to meet our pre-employment background screening requirements
