Hybrid of online from home during COVID-19 virtual office hours and in Post Falls office. This will move toward 100% in-office as restrictions are lifted.

Full Job Description

Tandy Therapy is looking for a Team Player with excellent communication and attention to detail. Being a self-starter is vital to this role that supports many positions within the company.

This role is based out of our Post Falls location but is support for our virtual and traveling staff. When therapies move to office-based, in-person sessions as restrictions are lifted, coverage will be needed at the Post Falls location. A hybrid approach may be needed.

Language:

Proficient and grammatical English spoken and written language is essential. Bilingual Spanish is exceptional for this position.

Technology:

Knowledge of Windows Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PDF, and Powerpoint) is expected. Adobe Suite and Google Suite knowledge and ability is a benefit. Ability and willingness to learn additional technology and programs are essential. Experience with insurance credentialing, billing, or verification of benefits is helpful.

Job Duties:

  • Staff supported

  • Emails, paperwork and families supported daily

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Billing agencies, insurance companies 

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of office

  • Daily responsibility in individual space

  • Identification and report of any concerns

  • Participation in community outreach events

  • Responsible for maintaining expected statistics

  • Determining a condition weekly

  • Actively initiating a plan to control them

  • Participation in reviews including: Peer review requests

  • Submit payroll information

  • Track personally and report discrepancies immediately

  • Submit PTO requests

  • Communicating to manager when support is wanted or needed

  • All staff must follow the policies and procedures outlined by Tandy Therapy LLC

  • Participation in any task that is in-line with the mission of Tandy Therapy LLC

  • Complete accurate charges submitted to accounting

  • Track/provide statistics for team members

  • Create/distribute parent questionnaires

  • Educated patients on schedule and arriving according to their POC

  • Facilitate therapists schedules 

  • Update priority list

  • Make reminder calls made 

  • Handle patient finances 

  • Deductible program well trained with families

  • Notes about pending appointments need at top of day

  • Rescheduling missed appointments

  • Setting targets for each site for the annual target will be met

  • Media campaigns

  • Ensuring Tandy Therapy is better known in the community and growing with the media

  • Doctor letter campaign

  • Postcard mailing

  • Website management

  • Management of electronic communication (e-blasts, posts on social media)

  • Referral source progress board up to date

  • Management of data

  • Updated mailing lists – physical address and email address

  • Social Media Posts

  • Social Media Moderating

  • Video/photo production management

  • Success stories posted to social media/Website

  • Verification of insurance

  • Insurance credentialing

  • Maintenance of insurance clearinghouse accounts

  • Customer Service

  • Answering phones/emails and distributing information appropriately

  • Productivity Reports

  • Timely claim creation/submission

  • Timely invoicing

  • Schedule monitoring and reminders for reporting/billing deadlines

  • Meeting deadlines

  • Keeping credentialing calendar for clinicians for license/certification renewals

COVID-19 considerations:

Mostly working from home at this time. Must be able to report to the office when requested during standard work hours.
